If your listing is set up to allow customers to choose a date based on your availability, you'll need to confirm the date and time in your To Do List.
If you can fulfill the guest's requested date and time for their experience, you’ll need to confirm the order in your To Do List:
- In your To-Do List, click on the order that says Confirm Details.
- Under Step 1, review the order details including the date and time and click ACCEPT.
Note: If the location of the experience was negotiable, do the same for the guest's requested location.
- Click SUBMIT.
- Enter a message for the guest and click SEND.
Next On Step 2 and 3, create, preview, and send the itinerary to the guest. You are all set once the order status changes to "Awaiting Experience."
