Customers may opt to purchase an experience as a gift, which they will indicate in their cart when checking out. There is no action required on your end until the guest redeems their gift, but if you want to see how many gift orders you have, you can view your Sales tab. You will know if it's a gift order when it has the following symbol and status on the order:
Once a guest redeems their gift and suggests a date and time, it will show up in your To-Do List to confirm the schedule.
IfOnly regularly follows up with gift recipients who have yet to redeem their experience. If after one year the recipient has not redeemed their gift, we may offer them a credit to the site in lieu of their experience.
