What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel your experience due to an emergency, please let the customer and the IfOnly team know as soon as possible. For all day-of issues, the IfOnly team can be reached directly via phone at 415-930-4334. If you haven’t spoken directly with either party or haven’t received a reply from your customer, please do not assume your communications have been received.  We expect you to do everything in your power to ensure that the customer is minimally impacted/inconvenienced by the cancellation.  We also expect that once your emergency is resolved, you will work with us to reschedule the experience, if the customer so desires.
