Your itinerary should include all pertinent information that the guest will need on the day of their experience.
In the “Before the Event” section, consider including suggestions on what to bring, what to wear, waivers they need to sign, and directions or parking information.
In the “Location” section, please ensure the proper address is displayed on the map.
In the "Timeline" section, provide info on what will happen at the beginning and end of the experience (at minimum). We recommend providing a further breakdown with more time slots to give guests a better sense of what to expect throughout the experience.
In the "Need Help on the Day of the Event?" section, provide a contact phone number for the guest in case they need to get a hold of you the day of their experience if they are lost, need help, or can’t make it for any reason. There will always be a link in your itinerary for the guest message you, however, we highly recommend that you include your contact information.
IfOnly Tip: Your itinerary sets the tone for your experience. Make sure to use proper grammar and spelling. Customers respond best to itineraries that are professional, clear, concise, and thoughtful.
