In the “Location” section, please ensure the proper address is displayed on the map.
Your itinerary sets the tone for your experience -- make sure to use proper grammar and spelling. Customers respond best to itineraries that are professional, clear, concise, and thoughtful.
There will always be a link in your itinerary for the guest to use to email you through Conversations however we highly recommend that you include your contact information. A phone number is ideal, so that your customer can contact you on the day of their experience if they are lost, need help, or can’t make it for any reason.
