Our Terms state that all experiences are fully refundable before a date is agreed upon by both parties (you and the customer).
Should you and your customer fail to schedule a date and time after three rounds of negotiation, IfOnly may step in to help facilitate this critical part of the sale. Because guests are able to select open days and times based on your availability, it’s very important that you keep your availability calendar up to date.
If your customer wishes to cancel their order because you cannot agree upon a mutually amenable date, you may always reach out to us at marketplace@ifonly.com.
