What happens after a sale is made?

Once a sale is made, you will be notified via email to log in and complete tasks related to the order.

  • For physical products, you will be prompted to print a packing slip and a shipping label for your item(s).  You can then mark them “shipped” in the system, which will auto-generate an email to the customer with tracking details.
  • For event tickets, you will be prompted to create an itinerary for the experience. This task should be completed as soon as you have all the details, ideally at least a week before the experience.
  • For schedulable in-person and digital experiences, you will be prompted to confirm the guest’s preferred date and/or suggested location. This step should be completed within one day of the sale whenever possible. Once this step is complete, you will be prompted to create an itinerary. This task should also be completed as soon as possible, at least a week prior to the experience.

**For in-person and digital experiences, please note that seven days prior to the event, IfOnly will send an automated reminder itinerary. One day before the event, IfOnly will send another reminder itinerary.
