Depending on how you setup your listing, you will either have the option to accept or reject the date/time (and work with the guest to find a new one) or you will be committed to fulfilling the experience on the date/time the guest chooses.
Customer Chooses Date: Listings setup with this flexibility will give you the option of accepting or rejecting the guests requested date/time. If you have to reject, you’ll want to suggest a new date to the guest.
On A Specific Date/On A Series of Dates: The dates you list for sale are non-negotiable once purchased by a guest. You’ll want to make sure that you are able to fulfill for these dates and keep your availability calendar up to date.
If you are offering a physical product that is not personalized, you will be able to set inventory to limit the number of purchasable items and will not have the opportunity to reject purchases for these products.
