Why do I need to create an itinerary?

An itinerary provides guests with any useful meetup info for the day of their experience including date, time, location, a map, and anything you want guests to know before the event (wear comfortable shoes, a waiver will need to be signed, etc), It also provides you a space to give a timeline of what to expect. You can also provide the guest contact info for the day of in case they need to get a hold of you.

Ensure your customer is off to a happy start anticipating your experience by sending them an itinerary that gives them a few details to look forward to. Your customer may choose to share the itinerary with other friends they’ve invited to your experience so they can anticipate it too!
