Their question will be emailed to you and also added to your Conversations on the ifonly.com site, which you can access any time from the menu when you’re signed in.
It’s good customer service to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, ideally within 72 hours though sooner is always better! Simply answering questions will not only help you make sales, it will reassure your shoppers that you are focused on your business. To provide great service, always acknowledge customer’s questions and try your best to provide them with specific answers and potential solutions. To reply to a customer’s question from the website, click into the Conversations section, enter your response, and click send. Alternatively, you can simply reply to the email from conversation@ifonly.com.
