What if I have to cancel/reschedule?

When an order is placed you have the ability to confirm or decline the customer’s suggested date. If you decline the suggested date, you will be prompted to update your calendar so your customer can easily select a new date and time. Once a new date is agreed upon between yourself and the customer, the experience is booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked experience, please contact fulfillment@ifonly.com.
