When a sale is made, IfOnly will send you an email notification from concierge@ifonly.com that includes your customer’s name and their order details. Your next step will always be to confirm the booking and the email will direct you to your To-Do List for next steps.
You can also find your current orders by logging in at ifonly.com and going directly to the To Do List section of your account dashboard or by going to the Sales section to view both current and past orders.
Be sure to add concierge@ifonly.com to your contacts so order emails don’t get sent to spam accidentally.
