If you can fulfill the guest's requested date and time for their experience, you’ll need to confirm the order in your To Do List:
- In your To-Do List, click the order you need to confirm.
- Under Step 1, review the order details including the date and time and click ACCEPT.
- If the location of the experience was negotiable, do the same for the Location section.
- Finally, review the response that will be sent to your customer based on your responses and click the Confirm.
Next On Step 2 and 3, create, preview, and send the itinerary to the guest. Then you are all set once the order status changes to "Awaiting Experience."
