How do I confirm the date and time of an experience that a customer has purchased?

  1. In your To-Do List, click the new task called Schedule: [Name of the Experience].
  2. From the task detail view, take a look at the details of the experience.
  3. If you agree with the date and time, click the checkmark under the Schedule tab and click the green Confirm button.
  4. If the location of the experience was negotiable, do the same for the Location tab.
  5. Finally, review the response that will be sent to your customer based on your responses and click the Confirm.
