How do I confirm the date and time of an experience that a customer has purchased?
- In your To-Do List, click the new task called Schedule: [Name of the Experience].
- From the task detail view, take a look at the details of the experience.
- If you agree with the date and time, click the checkmark under the Schedule tab and click the green Confirm button.
- If the location of the experience was negotiable, do the same for the Location tab.
- Finally, review the response that will be sent to your customer based on your responses and click the Confirm.
