Once you sell an experience, you’ll receive an email that includes the customer’s name and a link to the next step to fulfill that experience on your To-Do List. Your next step will always be to confirm the date and time. If you indicated that you’re willing to travel to a customer for an experience, you’ll also have to confirm the location.
We recommend checking your Conversations to see if the guest reached out to you with any questions about the experience. You can also reach out to the guest if you have any questions or need info from them using IfOnly’s Conversations tool; look for the speech bubble on any order in your dashboard.
